9. Things to note:

(11) Children are strictly prohibited from playing in the car. When driving, children should sit between adults to avoid child crashes;

10. When a classic car is involved in an accident:
(1) General malfunctions and accidents: Drivers must report to relevant leaders in a timely manner. Leaders should organize personnel to conduct inspections in a timely manner. If you can troubleshoot the problem yourself, you should repair it in time; if you need after-sales service personnel to inspect it, you should immediately notify someone to inspect it and eliminate the hidden dangers before using it.
(2) When a vehicle has a major accident or personal injury accident, the driver must protect the scene and notify relevant leaders immediately. Immediately activate the accident emergency plan, organize rescue and repairs, prevent the accident from expanding, reduce personal injuries and property losses, and immediately report to the Emeishan City Special Equipment Safety Supervision and Management Department and relevant departments.
(3) Carefully investigate the cause and course of the accident, report it in accordance with the "Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations", deal with relevant personnel, and summarize experiences and lessons.
